Longest Motivational Talk

In November 2008, I’ll be doing something pretty amazing which will go down in history. I’ll be speaking non-stop for at least eight hours – the longest motivational talk ever done in Malaysia, and maybe around the world. This is a part of The Great Orange Charity Drive which has already begun and will end in December 2008. Why am I doing this? Well, I believe the best way to get a message out quickly to the masses is do something in a big way and this is perhaps one of the best ways to get noticed with regards to such an event. There is such a dearth in confidence especially in young Malaysians, and I’m certain that this will infuse all those who attend it with a sense of “I can and I will.” This is no mean feat – it will entail some amount of suffering on my end – but it just goes to show you can accomplish something once you set your mind to it and it’s all about rising to challenge and taking on with a positive attitude. Will I succeed? I have no doubt that I will – and this is just a small step to the bigger things that are coming. The winds of change are here and the wheels have been set in motion. It’s the age of confidence and renewal.
