Made in Malaysia

Some people seem to think that in order for a workshop to be great, it must have a white man on stage – the harder to understand the accent the better, because this must mean that the speaker is more “authentic”. This is not about race or gender, but about the misconception that many have about Malaysian trainers and what they’re worth. Recently, we ran a Public Speaking Workshop and there was a lady who called to inquire more. When she was given the price of the workshop, she literally did a back flip and became verbally abusive saying unnecessarily unpleasant things about Malaysian trainers.

Then there is the case of a rather well-known publisher specializing in Malay medium magazines who requested to meet our trainers – and we were hounded on a daily basis to send a trainer for a meeting. Our trainers are fully-booked on a monthly basis and so getting a slot in is no mean feat – but we accommodated them anyway – for a FREE consultation. A few weeks passed and there was no reply. We got to know that they had engaged another trainer through one of our other companies – he didn’t even have the guts or decency to deliver the message in person. He decided to go with another trainer “an international one” and get this…from Singapore.

Let me just say this to you – for your information, the ATCEN International Group does have international trainers who are internationally certified and who have trained internationally. If we are as second rate as you say we are, why the hell then are you calling us?

Is it because you think we are cheap? If that’s the case then you must be a damn cheapskate. Know this – consider yourself fortunate that there are still a few successful Malaysians who’ve decided to stay behind to help bring you to where you or your company wants to get to.

You think we can’t make it abroad? We’ll excel in every way if we do leave – but we’ve stayed behind to bring about a positive change. And if you want to insist on international trainers from across the causeway or don’t see the investment that can buy you for life – then you can take your business elsewhere. We only want to serve well deserving clients.

Isn't that training was supposed to increase productivity, motivate and inspire workers by letting them know how important their jobs are and giving them all the information they need to perform their jobs. So why there's still people who's soo stupid insisting to be trained by international trainers and believe the above would be achieve!!! Which i don't think soo. Open your eyes, we do have Malaysian trainers that internationally certified and it's time for all Malaysian to help out each other and be better.

Most of Malaysians mindset have been programmed to think that the grass is always greener on the other side. Not only trainings, but in terms of entertainment, holiday destinations, etc.. everything foreign products. Than why do you call yourself Malaysian??

Some Malaysians will be Malaysians. Mana Boleh kalau selalu kita berfikir begitu? we must be proud Malaysian and be even more proud of our Malaysian helping Malaysians get better.

That's why not many Malaysian are making money from other country. Because they so get used to let other country people make money from them. And they are so happy to do that. This is the time to wake up and look at yourself as Malaysian. What can we do for our own country, Malaysia? Be independent and confidence to yourself. Be proud of the product or service made from Malaysia!

These idiots are truly a shame to Malaysians. And if they still wonder why Malaysia is the way we are it is because of the way we perceive our own Malaysians.

It's sad to hear that Malaysian do not trust Malaysian. It's mean that you did not even trust yourself as well as you're also MALAYSIAN.

What a typical Malaysian..If you have enough money to hire ang mohs trainer then go ahead..We are not begging you to come nor we trying to please you to use our services..The results they give might not be half as good as what our company can offer though...

People don't like Malaysian trainers and bosses because they re all very authoritative and very close minded.

Nobody is allowed to question them, they don't like to be challenged and they only care about seniority. They treat their subordinates like slaves. In Malaysia what matters most is who you know rather than what you know.
To secure a business, one only needs to know some good contacts and pay some "undertable money", the rest all dont care la..., as long we make money la.."
I guess some people here are very jealous, bcos the "Kwai Lo" are smart and they work smart too, and they effcient, working hard alone is not going to solve everything.
