As I grow older and wiser in my journey to create more opportunities, I am becoming extremely particular with the people that I work with and the kind of work that I do. I no longer can tolerate working with incompetent people that do not care about what they do. I do not want to waste my time helping those that do not want to help themselves. I also do not want to waste my energy on things that I do not believe in. So if you realized that you are incompetent in any areas, its time to slap yourself silly and wake up before you are left out from moving forward with me and the team. And for those that are competent and cares about why we do what we do, you will have a long and rewarding journey ahead of us.

A four letter word! Many people look at it as a chore or a means of getting money! I believe that its not that they dont care but they do not know better!
As I have worked with many different generations of workers I see different set of vales and believes! Got me thinking? Value? work? time? one is not a four letter word!
