Non Performance = TERMINATION!






People tend to forget that Mr. Nice Ernie Chen is also Mr. No Nonsense especially when it comes to productivity and performance. 

If you have forgotten, please let me remind you that I expect High productivity and Exceptional Performance from each of our team members. I do not care if you are working with us as a full time employee, part time staff, contract staff or as an intern. The company and myself do not owe anyone a living. We pay you to deliver desired results. If you do not, you will be terminated. That's what happens. I just terminated 3 contract staff and 1 intern last Friday. This happened after numerous reminders and them being reprimanded so many times on the same mistakes. Please do remember that it is always an honor for us to work together. So please do respect that. The moment we disrespect that partnership, be sure that I will take action and the action will be loud and clear.

I am fully agreed on this EC. Those who are not a good "result driven" will always jeopardize the operation. I myself am prepared to receive the same consequences if I did not perform in this organization. Thanks EC on guiding us to be a professionals.

Human Nature is a crazy thing! People need to be threaten n abuse then they will perform! WHY? Just do your best and the rest will follow! Why waste??? I totally agree: " we are nice" but just dont mess with the dragon!

I guess it takes a "flamer" to recognize another...

Employers can fire for any or no reason. Poor work performance is a very legitimate legal ground for termination.
