I can be very nice, supportive, encouraging and giving. However do not take for granted, not even once as Ernie Chen is a no nonsense type of guy. He can laugh with you, play with you, care for you. But remember when he wants something done, you all better get it done. And get it done fast accurately and precisely. Deliver desired results each time and we will be fine. Thank you.
