I am very concern……

With the recent increase in petrol prices, the implementation of GST in 2015 and inflation that is bound to follow causing the cost of living unbearable for most of the middle class and poor. I would like to stress that this is mostly going to affect the poor and middle class. That means those that constantly complain about how difficult it is to survive in today’s lifestyle. I am very concern that the continuous complains is not going to help those in need as what they really need is to work harder, smarter to get a whole lot better.

Yes and that goes for my staff, students and team members. How do you expect to be getting higher salaries, rewarded with bonuses if you do not even possess the fundamentals of what is required to do well in your career? What are the fundamentals? Work harder than is required of you. Put in more hours with passion to help the organization grow. Help yourself by improving your English both speaking and written. How can most of you be wanting more if you do not even write a proper sentence with no grammatical mistakes? How can you want more when you just leave when the clock strikes 6pm? How can you want more when you do not even possess the fundamentals of the knowledge and skills required of you to do your job right? No I am not hiring robots and I am not teaching idiots. I want to hire staff and work with students that are passionate about their life, their work and does not complain the moment things get difficult, blame others for their shortfalls and continuously giving excuses when things do not work.

I am very concern.

Constant complain doesn't take anyone anywhere, TAKING ACTION DOES.

It is a painfully obvious truth but something we must strive to get by.

Yes. Agree with this boss.
Not managing your time and making excuses are two bad habits. Don't put them both together by claiming you 'don't have the time'.

I am always positive and very motivated to the "when you think you work hard, work harder" quote.

True to that! Some quarters hoping to have everything but nothing have been done and complaining.

I'm agree, because the easy choice take no willpower to do but the right choice take a lot of willpower.

The true worth of a leader rests on one thing: How many people you have fostered to carry your vision forward.

I'm agree. Those that work hard usually get success based on the number of hours they work and the number of tasks they accomplish with no complain.
