When I presented the above in our Annual Strategic Direction & Business Plan Meeting last year, many saw but did not seem to understand as their behaviours remained the same.
I am a firm believer that everyone should be given an opportunity to change and become better to perform and align to the organization’s focus and directions.
If you read back on all my previous blog postings, you will notice very clear communication as to my expectations for all our team members. If you are still not clear on this, please read this carefully again as I will NO longer tolerate any bad behaviours and the "I do not care attitude” or the “Its ok wanlah attitude" from anyone. You either follow, perform, produce or I will tell you to leave and wish you all the best.
So for the most part, you would have by now noticed that I have not renewed or terminated your colleagues that have not been performing or does not meet my fundamental requirements. If you did not, then you will be next on the termination list.
I always want to be clear with my expectations. I do not like to surprise anyone. I want you to grow with us. But I no longer tolerate any nonsense from anyone. You must perform and respond to my expectations. If not, then this is not the organization for you.
