Our Days Can Better Everyday If We Just LIVE Past Today.

Life is as such when the days seemed almost impossible with lots of challenges and when you least expect anything good to happen, all we need is just a little appreciation to keep us going. And that’s what I received on my table. Lots of lovely appreciation notes from my students that annoy me daily but at the same time puts a smile on my face.

Sometimes, its just the little things that keeps us going. What does not kill us makes us stronger. If you have a willing heart, nothing can stop you. Have a bigger heart to give and you will receive in abundance. Learn to smile more and appreciate more of what we have and you will see the awesomeness of what we are working hard to achieve.

A very good lesson which is giving but not expecting any return first but do what should be done rather than sit on it.

Be prepared to deal with challenging ome. Always!

Appreciation comes in many different forms. The fact that someone stops to appreciate you even just by smiling, it shows how loved you are and their appreciation is like saying 'I am enjoying the fact that you are you'.

I will smile a lot more from now on :)

~We have a choice. We can either stress over what we are going through or we can do our best given the circumstances and pray for the best outcome. Be appreciative of what we have. Be nice to our surrounding. Pray about it! We don’t know what the future holds, pray for it! Whatever our situation, pray! All the hard work will return back to us with great reward.~

Yes, the value of teaching is not teaching with passion itself but It’s a mixture of both passion and compassion. Thank you Mr. Ernie for being such a positive motivator.

In early morning we at Heritage will great people with positive energy..
Example : Good Morning Professor Madya (referring to Ms. Hajar), Good Morning Datin Seri (referring to Ms. Carole), Good Morning Dato' R (referring to Razif).

The positive 'Aura' create in Morning will create a better day and start work with smile.

As long as it’s something, no matter how small, you get to enjoy a small appreciation or victory and build upon that success for the next day.

Thanks for sharing Mr. Ernie. I have learned to appreciate more by counting my own blessings, not others. The grass is always greener where you water it.

always believe that if you care about what you do more than how much you will get in return, you will be "rewarded" in the long run.

This is what we call as sincerity and integrity. As a 'Pendidik'and not 'Pengajar'we will know what we should do and what we should not. It is not about satisfaction but it is about what you want in what ever you are doing.

Once achievement is there, automatically the satisfaction will follows. Everything will be turn to the great moment when we are sincere in what ever we are doing.

Have a great day ahead!

Sometimes we are more focused on our goals and what we are yet to achieve that we pay so little attention or most often are oblivious to the little things that brightens up our day. Simple notes can warm the heart and help us to pause life for a second to see how one has played a part to impact the other.

In this one and half year journey, I have learnt that teaching is not a passion, but it is about willingness to teach my students for their bright future. People around me always thought that educator’s job is just to teach and that was mine too in the beginning. But now when I look back my journey with PORTMAN Education Group, I realized that, teaching is not only just to teach, but has mold me to build a special bond with my students.

Anything happens anytime, impossible someday somehow might become possible. But it only happens when we do not give up.
We must be appreciated and keep moving our things move every day even a little bit of progression also rather than keep expecting the things will come by itself.
What doesn't kill us make us stronger, it will become the motivation that drives us non stop from achieving our goal.

Thank you, Mr. Ernie, for the lesson. Will bear in my mind. Sorry for my mistakes and I will take everything as a lesson that helps me get better every day.

We will face a lot of problems and challenges everyday. Really depends on us, how to duel with the challenges.

I didn't achieve my KPI and stacked my number for the past 2 months, even though I tried and find many ways to achieve my target. It's really sad and demotivated when seeing your colleagues keep achieving their number and I can't contribute anything. But I believe that I won't stack here forever when I focus the right things and keep going. Because if I don't even believe myself can achieve the number, no one will trust me and I have no way to get there!

What is the point for us to keep focusing on the negativity that always breaks us down, why not we just stay positive and think some solutions to solve the problem before the problem solve you. Once again, LET'S DO THIS!

Writing a blog comment is like doing a revision for the lesson of the month.

Everyday we will have different challenges in life, no matter in family, in work or even in your friendship. One of the sentences always remind me when I am facing problems, “What’s the worst thing can happen?” Once you aboe to answer the question, you will able to think a solution to move forward with smile and everything will be fine if you keep moving.

Along the way from my college life to my career, I have work with many different individuals & teams. Even I tried my best to make sure everyone is taken care of and achieve results together with cheers. One of the status posted by Mr. Ernie in Facebook was so right “Nothing will ever be perfect as it will be perfectly wrong trying to be perfect.”. Yes. It cannot be perfect as there are always people love & hate on me.

I will just continue doing what I think is right and follow the right people with the right heart. People come and go, that’s the process of life. Life still goes on and it’s your choice wanting to take it positively or negatively.

This organisation thought me a lot & letting experienced many amazing things. I really enjoy on what I have now and wanting to do more from there! We all will be there together!

Let’s smile & move on to the next level! 😉
