I turned 49 on 1 March 2022. Yes I made it and I am excited about this new chapter of my adventurous and exciting life. I would not have done it any otherwise and appreciate everything that came with it be it sweet, bitter, sour, salty and spicy! Life is meant to be challenging and the last few years have been nothing short of the continuous difficulties and challenges. I am grateful for it made me learn to be better and stronger. And if there is one thing I know is that to live the life you deserve. Stay healthy & happy. We live for us and not for anyone else. Do you, be you and don't let anyone ever tell you how to live your life. Always be around those that appreciate and love you for who you are. Not what you have to always be doing to keep others happy. By the way just in case you are wondering, my job is NOT to give you what you want. My job is to get us to where we need to get to as an organization. If this is not what you want, please leave me. I will be happy for you to find what you are supposed to be doing. 😉

Yes. I'm still young compared to Mr. Ernie and my chapter of life has just begun.
I am officially with Mr. Ernie about 8 years and still counting. Throughout the years my life was guided and led by you in a very awesome way.
I am grateful to have you in my life and leading us always to the direction that have never changed since I know you.We had many strategically changes but our direction has not change.
I am glad that you are back in action physically to make it happen the way you want. Yes you always said without the team we will never come to this stage, but everyone knows it without you we will never be where we are today.
No one here can stop you and you maybe wrong to many people. To me, as long as you are leading us to the organisation vision and that's what I want too. I'm gonna go with it.

Indeed, being ourself and doing what we love is the key to happiness.
We are the 70's babies. It was a hard time before to get any opportunity unlike today. We came through hard ways to be here today. Everything was difficult!!
I was basically thrown into the sea at the age of 17 and managed through many obstacles and sunk few times before I reached to the shore. No rope was given to me. Today I'm proud to be who I am and I won't stop swimming further.
You have been a good mentor and good support to me for past 5 years. I'm truly blessed and grateful for everything you have done for me. Thank you.
