There's a sentence in Mandarin, "Never wear a big hat that's bigger than your head".
You are the exceptional one who are so capable to wear so many hats at the same time create leverage between all parties and now all they need is not just your head but your brain & skills.
I was wearing a new hat recently with a lot more responsibilities and commitments.
It was a very good experience for me to have this wonderful journey and learned so much in a short period of time. I started learn to see things differently, think humans differently and work on plans differently.
I understood a lot more why we do what we do. Seeing things from a bird's-eye view and being able to connect and solve and provide solutions at the same time.
At the same time non-stop on getting to know new partners and friends from all network to create leverage for more opportunities. By listening all the updates from you already have many to learn on how an amazing deal can be done.
Never stop finding ways and we are not done with the year yet, many things can be happened and I will not stop myself from growing by learning to do more.
Many words and wonderful experiences would like to share in my mind but I will just like to conclude by thanks for giving the opportunity and let me experience such a great journey in my life.
Through you I have understand that successful people are not gifted, they just work hard then succeed on purpose.

There is a philosophy among football players that when you receive the ball, you should already have 4 options in your head what to do with it next. This philosophy can also be integrated in business.
This is what I see everyday from Mr Ernie, using leverage to branch out into multiple platforms. Seeing how you are able to identify key values in every business and leverage these values to benefit all parties to grow exponentially has been an eye opener and I am glad to be part of the team.

Being able to wear many hats is a talent! I'm pretty sure many out there are trying to do the same and I am also very certain they are not able to do the way you did. I am glad to be watching all this and I am working toward being 50% (maybe not even 2% now hahaah) of what you are able to do. ;)

Before to be able to create value for the other, we will need to make sure we have enough values as well. Mr. Ernie definitely has given out a lot of value to the whole organization and everyone with you. I am still learning from you, learning how to create value for the others and link the dots together. Communication is the key.

Totally agree. Together and meeting with the right person will lead us double and triple up the process no matter in work or personal life smoothly. Keep learning, up to date, and create value all the time !
We have been always taught Success Depends on Bringing Abundant Value to Others from the books, notes, and articles. But you are the only person who can practice it so well to even integrate in life.
