The Secret to Achieve What You Want

Let me tell you the secret to achieve what you want. Know what you want, work hard for it & it’s ok to get rejected, get back up when you do fail, pivot if need be, keep at it, learn better ways to make it happen. Stay happy & healthy doing what you want to do. Just don’t stop and you will be able to get what you want. It’s just a matter of time. And yes, I am always just one day away. πŸ˜‰ I am grateful πŸ™.

Yeah we must define what we want to achieve. Make sure our goals are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART).

I firmly believe that hard work is a key factor in achieving success. While talent and luck can play a role, it's the consistent effort, dedication, and perseverance that truly make a difference. Those who are willing to put in the effort are more likely to seize opportunities and achieve their goals. Ultimately, success is often the result of sustained hard work over time. Mr Ernie is the best example and of course my role model too.

Life’s journey can be tough, and we all stumble along the way, but it’s those very failures that shape our future. Even when the path seems unclear, we must trust that every experience is contributing to our growth and bringing us closer to where we’re meant to be. Let’s keep believing in our journey and stay committed to our goals!

As Mr. Ernie said, I completely agree. Achieving your goals starts with a clear vision and hard work. Rejections and failures are part of the journey, teaching valuable lessons. Resilience and adaptability are key pivot when needed and find new strategies. Staying positive and prioritizing well being are crucial for sustained motivation. Ultimately, persistence is vital by continuously working towards your goals and never giving up, success becomes unavoidable. With dedication and patience, you will eventually achieve what you desire. ( Teacher Fikri )

Thank you, Mr. Ernie, for sharing. I couldn’t help but smile and feel the warmth from the light of ‘possibility” as I was reading the phrase “… I am always just one day away”. This is a very powerful phrase that also positively impacts happiness and good health. Believing and keeping the vision or dream alive is indeed necessary through sheer hard work, dedication to exploring better or alternate ways, choosing to bounce back, keeping consistency, and not giving up even if others have given up.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the keys to success, Mr. Ernie! I agree and cannot deny that everyone has goals and dreams. But, the differences between a successful person and a failed one are not the particular definition of achievement instead of how determined and how courageous you are to get through the whole challenging journey regardless of time. I would like to share a quote that I often remind myself of, "you can't climb the ladder with your hands in your pocket".

Thank you for the words of motivation Mr Ernie. I agree, failure is part of success. Every setback teaches us something new and makes us stronger. As the Japanese proverb promotes, fall down seven times, stand up eight. I'll keep pushing forward, adapt when needed, and stay true to my goals. Success isn't just about hitting targets; it's about growing through the ups and downs of the journey.

Try to move forward in your own direction and live your own path. Although I don’t know when the road will end, this is my own life.

Lesson here for me is KNOWING WHAT YOU REALLY WANT

Many people don’t know exactly what they want. Some are confused and mistake their desires for what they want others to see. Even worse, some chase goals that others want for them, not what they truly desire.

As we grow and experience different stages of life, our wants and needs change. Everyone's desires evolve over time. This is natural. Sometimes, people have small, easily changeable wants, while others pursue big dreams that remain constant, even though the path to achieving them may change. Ultimately, they stay focused on their big dream.

Once you know what you truly want, staying focused becomes another challenge. Many people lose focus on their goals along the way, which might indicate they aren't truly clear about what they want. When you genuinely know and are certain about your desires, you remain focused on them despite obstacles and rejections.

So, the question to ask yourself is: "Do you really know what you want?"

Yes, we always need to know what we want, and we have to put in the effort. Because everything has its own price, it's okay to be rejected, but we have to come back again and do whatever is needed to achieve what we want.

Thank you, Mr. Ernie, for sharing your wisdom!

We learn very little from successes but we learn the greatest in Failures. Being rejected, turn down or fail in things it’s the greatest oppurtunity to get back strong. However, if you take that another way around… this you fail you and you will never get back up. It all up to us πŸ”₯
