As I write this, I am doing the Final Mix for our 2nd Movie, "Jidin Sengal" in Bangkok with Siam Film Development. I always look forward to come here to work with the team here as they are competent in what they do just like us. It is amazing how fast, effective and efficient we all can be when competency meets competency.
However our experience back home with some incompetent team from you should know who was horrendous. We pay people to help solve problems and not point out more problems for us to fix. If Malaysia is to compete on a Global platform we Malaysians will need to push the bar and take it to the next level.

We can make them as referral when we are working with competent people. Must remember do not feel comfortable in work. if we feel comfortable, something wrong with our performance.
