In order for us to achieve desired results, we need to work hard and take massive actions. In order for us to go beyond desired results, we need to work smart by leveraging on resources around us. That's it. It is of no value for us to keep creating for the sake of creating. Look around and be more inquisitive as to what we already have going for us. Make full use of our existing resources. Be smart. Make it work!

1- Believe! Believe! Believe!
2- Take no less than 100% responsibility.
3- STOP COMPLAINING.
4- Make an Immediate change.
5- PAY ATTENTION!
6- Face the truth and take action for the long term, u have to be willing to change your behavior if u wanna different outcome and willing to take the risk to get what ever u want.
