In general everyone
looks forward to year end as it’s a time of celebration and for most people its
the holiday season to go on holidays. I beg to differ.
Everyday is a time for
celebration if we achieve the desired results that we have set from the
beginning. Everyday can be a holiday if we have achieved our set targets.
The problem is that most
people live to celebrate and go for holidays without realizing that most do not
deserve it just yet. In life we do not work for work life balance. If you are
always looking for work life balance, then you are really never going to be
truly successful. In life we must just look forward to having an awesome life.
I like to call it work life integration. If you are able to live life with
meaning to deliver results, than you will not be looking for year end holidays
and celebrations as everyday can be celebrated and can be a holiday.
I strongly advice you to
go all out and pick up the pace as we close of the year. You will realize that
those that put in the extra effort when others are slowing down will gain and
benefit for the beginning of the year.
This is not the time to
slow down. This is the time to step it up and close off with a big bang. Finish
strong and an awesome year awaits us in 2017.

"Work Life Integration" I will always bear in mind of these words. I am grateful that I learned this at my age. If not I will be work for rest of my life and looking for the "balance" between work and life.

Correct. In the year end, I should check in myself about all the results and failures that I encountered this year.Learn from all them. Then start planning ahead year 2017.

The best blue ocean strategy is when people are holiday but you are working. holiday is always the opportunity.
If you think you work hard you must work harder, however the meaning of work harder is not about how many sweat and tear you had put in , is about using the effective ways, do it and make things happen. result is what we gonna work for it. In stead of holiday with everyone, choose the day when people are in rest but you are working .
We can only "Do to create opportunity, Grab to create result , Result make life" but the most important must always start with integrity. It can make a difference and change everyone life.
You get what you give , you give what you get. Strong agree those who put extra effort will gain the most benefit compare to those who slowing down. As if we work at the right timing ,it will get the ultimate result.

At my age, do not deserve any holidays! As what Mr. Ernie said, everyday is a time for celebration if achieved desired results.

Remind yourself every time when you take leave for holiday or receive monthly rewards from the company, Ask yourself: Am I deserve this for this month? What I have done to help the organization?
Always ask yourself these questions and you will realized, are you really deserve it or not.
If you cannot even convince yourself to say YES, please buck up & work harder!

Do not live for work & work for survive.
Do not put work as a need; Work is part of your life to make your life meaningful.
