We have just started our journey to IPO. What is an IPO? It is us growing to become a Public Listed entity. How do we do this? We do this by growing our business operations and raising funds for our exponential growth plans. We are working on it and we will achieve it by December 2023 as planned and scheduled.
What can you do to help us get there?
Stay focus and do whatever it takes to help the company continue to overcome the challenges ahead. Never waste a good crisis for this to happen. And yes we are leveraging on this to build our EdTech Platform to become Asia's No. 1 Education & Training Platform.
Just so you know, we are about to start our fundraising process with investors and PE firms. We have also spoken with partners to acquire their University and also in the process of developing our EdTech Platform - PORTDEMY.
So if you are serious to be part of the PORTMAN Education Group, now is the time for you to do your part and be part of what we are doing to Rise Beyond Education.

Indeed, with the right strategies, platforms and networks, day by day, we are getting closer to our ultimate goal. As we expand our SBUs, new business opportunities are constantly created allowing us to diverse our source of income while we continue to strengthen our presence in the market with our existing line of products/services. We shall continue to do so to solidify our business model and position ourselves strategically to serve all group of people, regardless of age and other demographic factors.
