There are always 2 Sides or more to Every Situation.

1. A lot of things are not so direct and straight forward. So before you assume and think about your side of the story, please ask the source directly.

2. If you are not sure, please ask. Communication is key to ensure that we all have clarity. If you do not ask you will never know the full story.

3. If you do not share what is in your mind, we are not mind readers. We will never be able to know your challenges and to provide the support you need.

4. I am the boss and I think like a boss and an entrepreneur for our survival, sustainability and growth. And Yes I do also understand how employees think as I was also once an employee for many years before I became a boss.

5. The reality in business is simple. We have to do better as individuals coming together as a team to be able to make a significant difference for the organization.

6. Nothing comes easy but everything is possible. It always has been and it always will be.

We can all do better.

Communication is key in every organization.

We cannot assume that other team members will understand what we want if we do not be transparent and communicate.

Assume will create an "Ass" between "U" and "Me"

In seeking the truth, you have to get both side of a story. Just like a coin, there’s always two sides to everything. The inability to have one without the other for some reason, is satisfactory enough for a person who chooses to believe it but the person who chooses to accept all things with two sides have gained wisdom. But then again, we have to live our life according to rules that we set upon ourselves and not according to the whims and fancies that society chooses to set for us.

If we only discuss an issue from one perspective, we will not understand the whole situation, and we end up addressing the problem with limited knowledge. It is important to look at topics from multiple perspectives so that we are able to see the whole picture, which better enables us to find the root cause of the problem and discover a solution that takes the needs and feelings of everyone involved into consideration.

Communication is like playing badminton 🏸, someone has to start the shuttlecock and someone has to respond and keep the match going. There are sometimes having miscommunication just like a shuttlecock bang to the net in the middle of the court.

Then someone just need to pick up the shuttlecock and start over again. That's simple.

Everyone in an organization needs to have good communication, not only the boss and employees, but also ourselves. We need all of us to work together to achieve the same goals. However if we remove communication in an organization, we are going to have misunderstanding, unnecessary conflict and mistrust with each other. Communication is the backbone for organization’s success therefore the more we communicate the less we suffer and the better we feel about everything around.

Always learn how to do better no matter in what situation. Communication is to make thing to do better without repeating the same mistake. We cant be just assuming people know our mind.
Is a life- time lesson.

In understanding our subordinates, peers and superiors, communication is an extremely important key aspect. It might be an easy task for some, and not so easy for others but, as said above, nothing comes easy.

Agreed. Communication is the key to ensure everyone is clear and understand the message. The words look simple but not everyone are really communicate. I realised people will always assume they understand the message until the things went wrong.

People will always make mistake. The only way to reduce or remove the mistake, which we need to keep on communicating with each other till you can remove the message from your mind.

Thank you for those that always keep on communicating and reminding me on everything.

Listening to two sides of stories will never go wrong because it helps to solve any problem. However, in the meantime, it is also important to not presume things quickly unless it has been highlighted and no solution was found thus listening to both sides of the stories always helps.

A strong team is not how powerful everyone is, but how to give full play to their strengths to achieve their goals. Communication and understanding are the most important factors. If you just do it for the benefit, then there is no need for this team to exist. Only when the goals are the same can communication and understanding go further.

Everyone have their own opinion, understanding and point of view of everything, there is not right or wrong. we can only see the whole picture when all come together to share and communicate your view. we will then understand the team better and work smarter together.

Absolutely. Communication is a link bridge between ourselves with each and everyone, it should be honest in order to advance trust and clarity of the conversation. As a matter of fact, the failure of communicating will waste time and energy doing unnecessary things.

Communication needs to be timely, relevant, complete, accurate and significantly from the right source, failing which, communication will not be effective and useful.

Communication becomes dysfunctional when the data cannot be diagnosed and analysed for the benefit of the organization. Whether it is functional or dysfunctional ultimately lies in the hand of the receivers particularly in the ability of the receivers to understand the context and real meaning of the communication that is taking place for them to proceed further and transform the information into results.

All of us are receivers of data and information. Thus, all of us must keep ourselves abreast with the internal and environment changes for us to use the data obtained to strategically plan and execute strategies for the growth of the organization. All of us must continue to learn so that we are more mentally prepared to search, collect, process and use pertinent information for the benefit of the organization.

Lets’ `Deliver results from the information collected or received’. Let us build the culture of being `results-driven’ as results remains to be the measurement. That is the way forward in `Creating a Difference’.

Communication in an organization also shapes the way people behave in the organization. The behavior of people in the organization affects the way people motivate each other to achieve organizational goals.

Effective communication is a key to our success. Listening is one of the most important aspects of communication. We need to listen, understand and analyze anything and everything in our life.

Be a good listener no matter who you are to be a better analyzer. Every human on the earth is bound to make mistakes. Mistakes are a sign of growth and learning in everyone's life. If you do not make one, you would not understand how it mattered in your life and you would not repeat that again.

Leave our ego aside, communicate with others to get a better understanding of any situation.
