As 2025 gently comes to a close, my heart is filled with gratitude.
This year has been one of growth, courage, and countless meaningful moments. Every challenge stretched us, every small win strengthened us, and every shared laugh reminded me why this journey matters. Life feels richer and more purposeful because of the people I walk it with.
To my little Chen family, Cheryl & Genesis — thank you for being my anchor, my safe place, and my constant source of love and belief. You are my reason, my balance, and my greatest blessing.
To my core team at PORTMAN — thank you for standing beside me with resilience, trust, and heart. Together, we didn’t just build projects; we built culture, purpose, and impact. Every late night, every bold idea, and every step forward was made possible because of your commitment and shared vision.

As 2025 comes to an end, I finally slowed down and looked back.
This year wasn’t about celebrating wins loudly.
It was about surviving pressure, fixing mistakes, making better decisions, and becoming calmer under bigger responsibilities. 🌊🧠
I learned that growth doesn’t always feel exciting.
Sometimes it feels heavy.
Sometimes it feels lonely.
Sometimes it feels like you’re doing a lot, but you can’t explain it to people who aren’t inside the journey. 🧱🚶♂️
2025 taught me that:
Not everyone who cheers understands the cost.
Not every opportunity deserves a yes.
And not every problem needs an emotional reaction. 🎯
I became more selective.
With people.
With projects.
With where my energy goes. 🔍⚖️
I made mistakes this year. Real ones.
Operational mistakes.
Judgement mistakes.
Trusting too fast, expecting too much, moving before structures were ready. ❌📉
But I also improved.
I think clearer now.
I react slower.
I focus better.
I no longer chase noise. I build systems. 🏗️⚙️
None of this would be possible without my family.
They’ve been my constant support mentally, physically, emotionally.
Even when I wasn’t always present.
Even when the journey didn’t make sense from the outside.
Their belief gave me stability when the pressure was high. ❤️🏠
I’m also deeply grateful to Ernie Chen.
For always guiding me, coaching me, challenging me, and never giving up on me.
Especially during moments when things weren’t clear and decisions weren’t easy.
That guidance shaped how I think, how I lead, and how I grow. 🙏🧭

This year also marks the last day of my 20s.

The next decade will demand more discipline, clearer thinking, stronger leadership, and bigger responsibility.
I’m ready for that transformation.
I know the next 10 years will take my life and work to another level. 🚀📈
As I step into 2026, I’m not chasing hype.
I’m chasing clarity.
I’m not trying to prove anything.
I’m building something sustainable, meaningful, and scalable. 🧩🏛️
2026 will be heavier.
