There is NO such thing as a free lunch. You either work hard, produce results or you are out. That’s life and that’s the way the world works. We must consistently be creating value for both the organization and ourselves in order for us to to add value to the people we work with. When you are given another opportunity, make sure you take it and make it work. Never wait till the opportunity is taken away from you. Until then, it will be too late. And for most of us, we tend to fall into the trap of being a little too late most of the time. WAKE UP!!! If you are still sleeping in “La La” Land and do something about it. Be alert and never take things for granted.

I agree that there is no result without efforts..Efforts is the one that decide whether we fail or succeed..many people fail without even putting their effort in doing that particular work/ assessment/ assignment/ project. Therefore lets us put our efforts in doing our job.

Opportunity doesn't knock twice, this is what I always believe. You know what is the best for yourself. So, find it, grab it and do it!
Appreciate whatever opportunity given big or small..it won't come twice knocking on our door. Grab it while u can! And to those who do not know how to appreciate and keep complain! Maybe this place is not for you because you do not fit o stay!
