Everyday is a test for us to succeed and learn to be a better human being.



Just like the Chinese Masters (Sifus) that have gone meditating in the caves for the next level of supernatural powers of kung fu to be achieved, I too have just returned from an intense sabbatical from the sin city to see for myself the changes happening in the world and observe the behaviours of my proteges that will be leading the way. Its getting clearer and yes it is always a test. We must always abstain from the temptations of the world before it consumes us. Knowing when to stop is important. What we eat is what we are. What we do is what we become. So eat healthily and exercise to stay healthy not forgetting to do whatever it takes with integrity to achieve desired results that will make us happy. Right is always right even when no one is doing it and wrong is always wrong even when everyone is doing it. And we do only live once but if we live it the right way, ONLY once is more than enough. Make it meaningful. Make it purposeful. Make it count.

The get to the right way we need go through a lot of learning and failure process.The most important is not quitting.

There is no end for learning , keep learning and keeping succeeding in our life. Don't worry for for failure its just a stepping stone for another steppingstone to greatness.

Yup, everyday I do my best to improve bit by bit, learn new things and just do it.

Compared to last time, proactive is what I enphasizes in daily basis.

So much we can do in our life, why we choose to stop and not to try everything.

Exactly, the MIND is everything, what we think is what we will become eventually.

There is never a “TOO LATE” statement to start on something that we really wanted to achieve in our life.

It's always fun to visit multiple locations on one trip, but it also depends on the person that together with us during the trip. Healthy lifestyle comes with different perspectives. Workout is only 30%, whereas 70% comes from our lifestyle (diet, sleeping pattern, stress and so on). Indeed its true, we are what we eat. For me, its not about what is wrong and what is right, do things that makes you happy, because at the end of the day that is all that matters.

To be a better human being we will always need to be alert on our surroundings. We need to always make a great decision between right and wrong, we need to step up further then the others & need to face the obstacles. No one will tell us when is the right time to face the test, we need to start and just do it!

Every day in our life is a test for us do the right thing. Hence to be a better person we need to take care many factors that can become challenges for us to move forward.
