Nothing Comes Easy But Everything Is Possible.

  1. I was 140Kgs 2 years ago. I had hypertension, high blood pressure and was under tremendous pressure for my life & business. I almost lost it all.
  2. The pressure was real and it was unlike anything I have ever experienced before. I did not give in and give up and continue to live and do whatever I could to pull through. I did as usual as I continue to grow with passion.
  3. I always knew for as long as I do not give up, things will always get better. However, I needed to do something about it. I did and I started my journey on a much better mental and physical health for a more sustainable me.
  4. Most people only see me as their provider and pillar of strength and have forgotten that I too am only human. I do too have my needs and desires just like you. I too need to fulfill those desires just like you do as I am only human.
  5. As I continue to live a much more fulfilling, meaningful & purposeful life, I continue to strive for bigger and better things ahead. This has not changed. The only thing is that it is more focused and less competitive with more collaborations. I continue to work to become a better version of myself.
  6. I weigh 70Kgs today, literally "half the man" I used to be. But believe me, I have definitely become more of the MAN that I have always wanted to be. A man with vision for myself to be healthy & happy. A man that is to fulfill his dreams to live the life that I truly deserve. A man to be loved the way I want to keep me excited to continue working on achieving my dreams.
  7. My vision for the organisation and team has only been much more focused and determined as we are ONLY 1 day away from the big dream happening. We will all achieve what most only dream about but not work towards. WE will all GAIN & GROW from this personally, professionally & most important financially. I know as we continue to grow towards that direction.
  8. Nothing comes easy but everything is possible. The question still is till today, "are you willing to have the patience, work extremely hard & smart to flow with what works best for you to achieve desired results?"
  9. I am and will continue to do so. There is no free lunch and we will have to work hard for whatever we want. And by the way, my fat and weight did not just disappear into thin air. It took lots of discipline, commitment, determination, hard work, & real sacrifices to achieve the desired results. Yes I lost 70Kgs. So before you tell me you deserve more of anything in life, you need to ask yourself the following question.
  10. What are you willing to do to achieve your dreams to live a more fulfilling, meaningful & purposeful life?

Always remember that it is NOT You Only Live Once (YOLO). Instead, WE LIVE EVERYDAY BUT WE ONLY DIE ONCE. So it is highly important for us to live life daily healthily & happily or it will be extremely miserable for you and everyone around us.

Thank you for every single results that you achieved, it meant so much to everyone. Yet, it showed the possibility of everything to achieve. Good job boss!

We have to be open minded to believe everything is possible, whether the amount that we are willing to put in. Sacrifices are needed to succeed.

Everyone of us have our own needs and wants, be fair to everyone and boss also. Be authentic.

To be able to grow together, alignment of everyone needed, not just a vision.

Thank you for everything. We are ONLY 1 Day away from the big dream happening!

Things won’t change unless you change how you do things. It’s not easy to let go of all of these excuses and accept responsibility for your own situation but once you’ve made the commitment to take charge of your own life, the outcome is suddenly up to you instead of someone else. We control our own life. Nothing comes easy but everything is possible! Thank you boss.

Thanks, Mr. Ernie for a great and interesting sharing.

The struggles, challenges, and obstacles that it takes to succeed in life are what makes success more valuable. Nothing great comes easy, and nothing easy can ever equate to greatness. Thus, in short, it all about the effort (as an employee) in order to execute something that we want to be possible. As an example, a success from time to time.

*The thing can be possible or impossible is because of "determination"*

The very first step in wanting to achieve one's dream, is having the guts to actually visualise such a dream. Dare to dream, work to achieve. No tree grows without a seed or a pollen. Every achievement needs to be dreamt. Every dream must be achieved. Very inspiring write up Mr. Ernie.

Boss,

A determination with strong desires needed for someone to achieve their dreams.

As you mentioned previously, the result showed if we do it continuously and consistently.

That's what most of the people lacking with. We have a dream but we do not have a strong determination to do it. Even we do it, we did not do it continuously and consistently.

Thank you for your inspiring story and hopefully, it will change me today.

I think the strongest motivation for someone to start to lose weight and live healthily is when they are able to enhance their sense of meaning and purpose.
One might have start to practice healthy lifestyle just to achieve superficial pleasures such as weight loss, to look good, or to be accept by others, however, that is often short-lived reasons.
These can only last long when they realize the meaning and purpose of these practice can contributes to their overall well-being be it for their career, to be with family for a long time and to have more energy to contribute to the society.

Thank you for your sharing and your effort by always motivate others to live healthily and happily Mr. Ernie.

When life gave me two choices and I had to choose between the easiest and the hard side; I chose the hard one and never regretted it. If I could go back in time and choose again, I would choose the exact same path. The result fascinates me which is personal development.

No human being who chooses to run a marathon without sweating his shirt off will have memories left to tell. The struggles, challenges, and obstacles that it takes to succeed in life are what make success more valuable. Nothing great comes easy, and nothing easy can ever equate to greatness.

Thank you for the sharing, Mr. Ernie!

Thank you for the inspirational sharing Mr. Ernie!

What are you willing to do to achieve your dreams to live a more fulfilling, meaningful & purposeful life?

I will always believe in myself in anything whatever happened or what is going to happen. Most of us are not fond of challenges but I appreciate every single of them in my life. Challenges have made me realise how strong I am and I am definitely proud of it.

Besides, I always free myself from the opinions given by others. Most of the time, we are neglected because we are too much into satisfying and pleasing others. For that reason, I will always give importance to myself first.

Last but not least, I just love what I am doing. The fulfillment always starts from yourself, not others. We can shower happiness to others if we are living with it.

These are the principles that I am practising to live a more fulfilling, meaningful and purposeful life.

Struggle brings progress whether you succeed or fail. You either advance or learn from it. If you learn from it, remember that mistakes are proof that you are trying. You’re working on growth. Life is not stagnant and does not wait, so doing something now, even if it seems you’re in the face of an unbeatable adversary, is still better than nothing. If it’s worth it, it’s not easy.

I couldn't agree more on the statement of "Nothing Comes Easy but Everything is Possible". Many good things don’t come easy such as good relationships with loved ones, good friends, good kids, developing good skills in anything, these things require time patience and a lot of effort.

Have a nice day ahead, Boss!

There's a saying by Richard M.Nixon,"Once one determines that he or she has a mission in life, that's it's not going to be accomplished without great deal of pain, and that reward in the end may not outweigh the pain. Mr. Ernie proved to us that this quote is right by showing his determination and sacrifices that he made. From my perception, if we recognize historically the pain that always happens, then when it comes, we survive it.
