Everyone is Entitled to their Own Decisions for their Own Future.

This pandemic has been nothing short of a blessing for all of us to reset for our future.

The last 3 months of MCO, CMCO & now the RMCO due to the Coronavirus has been an amazing time for us to just sit back do nothing and wait for something to happen or really do something to make something happen. We can complain about everything that has happened against us or we can seriously appreciate every difficulty and challenge that has forced us to be doing things out of our comfort zone to do better. No, you are not alone dealing with this tough time. We all are and we are all going to be ok or even better than before if we just don't stop. I am grateful for everything that has happened good or bad as sometimes we win and sometimes we learn to do better.

And for those of you that have made your decision to take your journey forward, we thank you for your contribution and wish you all the best.

And for those of you that will continue the journey with us, we have much more to be done to get back on track with where we left off with so much more that will be the new beginning for us all.

Thank you Mr. Ernie,

Indeed, the challenges and stress are everywhere. It is depending on its level and type. Anyway, I am being thankful for the new things that I have learned with the team before. Every person have their own perspectives and opinions (against each other or not). Thus, to not bring no value as what being requested, resulted in no other options for me. By leaving is might be something good to the organization for someone like me. Wish everyone all the best and luck. Hopefully all of us can find the best based on what we want.

We have to appreciate and reflect on whatever happening in our life neither good nor bad things. Good things give you the courage to achieve more and bad things teach us a lesson for a better life. Everyone have different things and dreams that they are going through in their life. And "the struggle emits when the gratitude begins". I appreciate every little things I had learned here.

Yes Sifu Ernie. I find a tremendous amount of gratitude to learnt more from my greatest Sifu. For this 9 months I've been here, I found you are very very strong man. The biggest most important lesson I've learnt from you, you just being you without the fear of worrying what others may think or believe .Always be you.Your desire to improved should always be because you want that and never because it's expected from you. You are resilient, strong and we will get through all this one way or another-MARIA

It has been a truly humbling experience working with this organization in the last 2 years. I believe at the end of my journey here, I have learnt to grow in terms of being a better human being and understand true values of humanity. Wishing everyone who chose to stay, all the very best with everything you guys have in plan. As for those of us who chose to move on, lets be prepared to face new challenges just like how we have been dealing with changing circumstances since the Covid-19 breakout.

Yes, I agree with Mr Ernie.
Try to see positive sides even though we are in the tough times. It is easier to notice the negative sides rather than positive sides, but slowly train yourself to see good things in difficult moments. That's make you more grateful and appreciative of your surroundings.

Trials and suffering can actually refine and deepen gratefulness if we allow them to show us not to take things for granted.

Either in good or tough times, the least that everyone is expecting is respect. Even it doesn’t mean anything to respective individuals, it could mean everything to them.

Sometimes walking away has nothing to do with weakness and everything to do with strength. The realization of our own worth is the key move of dignity.

Tough times are often blessings in disguise. Let go and life will strengthen you. Thank you and all the best.

Yes, there will be a bad day and a good day in our life. Either we move on or stay back. Doesn't matter what is our choice, in the end, we need to take responsibility for that decision. All the experience either make the person go stronger or week. It all depends on our mindset.

Pull away did not mean that you are loss or loser but it's just a way for you to continue your life. Reset the failure and start again.

I wish only the best for those who decided to move on and keep fighting to those who stay to ensure that the situation are back to normal and continue thrive to success.

Indeed! I think my life has been wonderful to see so many exciting stuff going on.

In good & bad times, we will always see how individuals react to things. There is no right or wrong but it shows the limitation of how an individual will handle things differently.

There are people fighting against the crisis to break through their limitation and people who choose to give up and be back to their comfort zone.

Life Challenges are always like that... it either breaks you or makes you thrive. Like one of the famous sayings - "What does not kill you make you stronger"

Those who give up do not mean that they are weak. Probably it is not their turn to make a change in their life yet. I am grateful that I had wonderful memories working with all individuals but I also think it is time for us to move on.

Time is not normal and change is no longer an option but it is required.

I am very blessed to be able to experience all these challenges at my age now as it will be a great story to tell and educate our next generation.

Throughout this pandemic, we are doing very hard to make sure things is moving so that everyone of us able to survive. The journey is not easy, it required lots of time, effort, energy, hardwork and sacrifices.

The journey just began!

I believe what we have built, will lead us go further and bigger. Trust the process, go all out to achieve the end goal. Do not look back at the past and people that left us, move on and replace.

Everyone has the right to make their decision in everything, we respect it and we sincerely wish you all the best.

Thanks.

Indeed!!

The last 3 months has thought me many things in my life.

I have faced my part of challenges during this period and I think at then end ,how it is being managed depends on the experience and the maturity of the person. Some may take it soo personally and would not try to make an afford to find new ways to succeed and some has seen taken tremendous changes in every ways to grow and succeed in their journey.

Everyday I am learning something new. I have made many mistakes in my life but that is taken as a lesson to improve myself better for the future.

For all who continuing the journey with us do remember this is just temporary , everything will be fine later.

Just be positive and continue the journey , you will definitely will see a light at the end of the journey. Never ever give up because GREAT things takes time.

First of all, thank you for giving me the opportunity to be a part in the organisation and I have performed my role in my best version.

Leadership is never Singular. In a good organisation, it’s Plural. Be positive in a negative situation is not naïve, that is known as LEADERSHIP.

We need to keep in mind on not changing out attitude and behaviour in any situation, and don’t take anyone for granted. People will not walk away in tough times but they will do when they are exhausted with demotivation.

All the best for the organisation and continue with even more successes!

First of all, thank you for renewing my working contract during this crisis. I know I have many to do, to make sure our company generate enough income to pay everyone's bill.

I really feel bad that didn't able to generate enough for organisation and everyone now has to generate together.

I have to say, I really learned a lot from the 2 seniors in the organisation, ZT & Pragash. They really taught me a lot of things since we started to work together.
I really hope to see we turn this shit over again and rise up together.

I really feel like shit if i didn't help the organisation generate enough, if you didn't contribute and you feel pretty good now. I wish you step out earlier and let those who need a job to survive to replace you.

For those who chose to take your own journey, I sincerely wish you stay strong & all the best in life.

Niama...sorry to say that I just have no time to really 1 by 1 to talk to everyone. All my mind now is how to get more revenue and get in fast! but I wish all of you best in life.
