My Melbourne Escape.

It has been a long while since I left the country alone to discover new ideas, time alone to reflect and most importantly to be inspired. These last few days away alone brought back lots of good memories of how I have forgotten the beauty of just living without any responsibility. You see, the more responsible I became over the course of my life made others expect me to be more responsible for more than I ever wanted to be. It just never ends and the responsibilities just kept on piling together with the life and work pressure & stress that was uncalled for that made me unhealthy and unhappy. The last few days allowed me to roam freely, meet freely, explore freely & most importantly do freely without anyone to care for or adjust my decisions for anyone. I felt emancipated. I felt real freedom and I was at peace with myself.

As I return home to Malaysia, I am reminded that I too have many options & choices as I continue to become a better version of myself and saying no to people is something that I will be doing a lot more. I am done chasing after continuous success but focused on attracting success for a more sustainable me. So if you expect me to just say yes for opportunities that are not fit to my lifestyle & heart desires, the answer will be a big NO. My advice for you to be able to perform and do exceptionally well is to make sure that whatever that you are doing, the people that are with you & the timing for all that you do is the right fit for you. Take care of yourself as nothing is more important than you for yourself.

I will and I am. What about you?

Welcome back Mr Ernie!

Over the years I have learned that as we grow older, more and more responsibilities start to fall on our back. I have also learned that it is up to us once we have decided on something. No one can say what we get to be. Everyday we must always add value and improving ourselves, no matter how little it will be. Only then, we get to have more choices and options on every aspects of our life. I have decided to become better version of myself. Thank you for the inspiration as always boss.

Welcome back to Malaysia, Mr. Ernie!
Solo Travelling is definitely in my to-do list. I believe travelling alone will be giving me a chance to indulge myself fully. Go Solo, Go Far!

“Take care of yourself as nothing is more important than you for yourself.”

A year ago, I was in a state of putting people first before myself. The result didn’t turn out well based on my experience. Eventually I started to forget the importance of myself and that’s where I become involved with myself, making time for self-care. Putting myself as priority doesn’t mean that I am selfish but it replenishes my spirit to serve others with love and care.

Each of us have different responsibility, whether we like it or not we have to carry it, it's not a choice. You can't escape the responsibility of tomorrow by evading it today.

Thank you Mr.Ernie for the sharing.

Indeed. Being our true selves is the most important thing, don't ever try to become someone else, no matter how bad we admire someone, what we can do is just to get the lessons, be ourselves, and make ourselves a better selves.

Thanks for the sharing and welcome back.

Welcome back to Malaysia Mr Ernie.
First and foremost, thank you for the sharing.

“So if you expect me to just say yes for opportunities that are not fit to my lifestyle & heart desires, the answer will be a big NO”

Indeed, sometimes it is good to say NO in our daily life which is reflecting the importance of ourselves at a certain time. We are not must saying YES for all the times if there is a perfect time to say NO.

Last but not least, glad to hear about someone’s vacation/trip/travel as it is the time to catch freedom (anything) and disappear from a work burden (anything). It is reminding me about “work-life balance”. A quality work-life balance can produced greater quality of productivity.

Every responsibility that we have is a chance for us to grow and to become a better version of us. We cannot escape from it unless we do not want to grow for further.

Take good care and we will keep moving to take the responsibility.

A year ago, I definitely went through the responsibility that Mr. Ernie have mentioned. It was difficult to take the responsibility, but it is also extremely difficult for me to put down the responsibility.

Why I say so? Being a leader is hard but when you start to put yourself in the position, you will love what you do and do better. Although it happened a lots of shits but you will cry when the moment you have to leave go it. It's because what makes you feel stress and hard, it will help you to grow and make you stronger.

Traveling alone makes us more responsible for ourselves. We automatically need to make decisions without any help from anyone. It makes us more responsible and gain more experience.

Even we are alone, we can still continue to make choices and decisions.

Self-love is as much important as increasing responsibilities in life. Self-love is not a luxury to be delayed or subordinated to the “real business” of going after your goals or caring for others.

Over the years I have learned that caring for myself is the foundation of my strength and stability, without which I am of no use to anyone. And it’s the only thing propelled me forward on my journey and held me steady whenever I was inevitably stumble.

Welcome back to Malaysia, Mr.Ernie!

Yes accepting personal responsibility is when we are taking ownership of our own behaviour and consequence of that behaviour. Until we accept responsibility for own action, it is difficult to develop self respect or even have respect for others.

Over the years i have learned that taking responsibility for your own will lead us to success place for whatever we have done and this lead my life journey to continue with more braver.

Thank you for the sharing, Mr.Ernie.

As for Responsibilities, we must find that whatever that we are doing, the people that are with us & the timing for all that we do are the right fit for us.

Sometimes it is good to say NO to something that is not a right fit for us.
