Never Let A Good Crisis Go To Waste!

We have not been spared from the Pandemic. Just like 90% of the world, we have also been badly affected from our business and also our personal lives. No, it has not been easy and it's far from over. This is unfortunate.

We have however been able to pivot and continue to find new ways to overcome the obstacles and challenges that we encounter daily for the past 1.5 years working hard to make things better.

We are very fortunate, blessed and proud to say that we continue to be able to provide, keep everyone safe and deliver on our promises to our students, clients, partners and most importantly our team. Our family.

Please do always remember that we can only do this when the leadership is right with the right focus and the right team with the right fit for us to not just survive but thrive in a crisis. And yes like Winston Churchill once said after the WW11, "Never Let A Good Crisis Go To Waste!"

We have not and we will come out a whole lot stronger. Yes, we have come a long way not just this past 1.5 years but the past 18 years now. And the next phase will be even more exciting as we move forward with brighter days ahead. How do I know this? Tough times do not last. Tough people do and we are just one day away and it will reveal itself to you one day at a time. Something exciting ahead of us. Stay tune for our next phase of exponential growth coming our way as we MUST do whatever it takes to make it happen in the next 3 years. Let's do this together.

In every opportunity there is risk, and, in every risk, there are opportunities. The global pandemic has had a tremendous impact to everyone. The crisis has crippled many economic sectors with the education industry being one. But then, the strongest will prevail and continue to grow despite all the challenges. Those who survive well will receive a greater market confidence and trust from the public. We have survived well during these last 2 years when many other companies have failed tremendously. The ingredients and persistence for survival is surely there and it is proven through our ability to survive the crisis. The next phase shall be the focus. Exponential growth shall be viable and visible as we progress further with our business model that is aligned with the changes in the external environment thus allowing us to capitalize on the opportunities, trends and needs/wants in the market.

Let us remain focus and explore all the opportunities in our quest for growth and excellence. Indeed, everything is within the reach when we are determined and focused.

Well said Mr. Ernie. Tough times do not last but tough people do. With everything that is happening around us, be it good or bad, we have to bite the bullet and brave this difficult situation. Focusing on things within ones control will help us move forward and stay motivated. When all this is over, we would only be blessed and grateful of how far we have come and how much we have succeeded.

Agreed! having this pandemic since last year had taught us how to stay tough. Not only for surviving but to keep the same momentum and maintain our quality. I agreed with what you mentioned above, With the right leader, with the right team. Stay with them! work together! Just keep focus and stay on the right track together. Later, we will be proud in whatever we faced before.

“Train yourself to find a blessing in everything” Someone once said these words to me, which have stayed in my mind throughout my life. I truly believe that we are not put into a situation that we cannot conquer. Seeing the light in the midst of darkness is a lesson we all should learn, not only during this difficult time, but all the time. Stay focused on the good and making it better.

Agreed! Although it is not easy to turn a negative situation into a positive one, but I believe that this is the true definition of positivism. We should take full advantage of the lessons we can learn in difficult times!

Thriving in a difficult situation isn't easy but with the right team it is possible. Usually tough time do not last but tough people do, in order to mold tough people, striving and thriving in difficult situation will mostly align us to not give up in any difficult situation.

During the crisis or the pandemic, it could probably be the best time to 10X our effort to drive our businesses with results, cause we know most people will be laying at home doing nothing. Everyone can shine during normal time, but not everyone can shine during crisis, for those who could do that is the true success. If we can survived through crisis, nothing can beat us down. Many billionaires were made through crisis.

Thnks!

There is a saying from Rule of Jungle '胜者为王,败者为寇' (Direct translate: In war those who win become rulers and those who lose are reduced to bandits)

The pandemic has affected the government, the businesses, families and the individuals a lot but it also taught us a lesson, let us be able to adapt to every situation and stay till last among the competitors.

Therefore, stay focus!

We have to embrace what happens all the time, it can be a lesson, experience, and value. The crisis is an obstacle for a lot of people but it’s also one of the tools to keep us closer to our goals. As long as our mentality is on the right track. Every difficult experience is a stage worth learning. The crisis is not an excuse for our laziness, but a new turning point for us. Who is the winner depends on who can stand out in this crisis, rather than turn around and give up. Figure out how to overcome it, go through it, and work around it.

Agree Mr.Ernie, with the ongoing crisis, most people are juggling with mental stress, anxiety, and depression. We have to use each day as a challenge to get away from negative affirmations and help others to stay positive. It's important to not give up in any circumstance, challenges are what make life interesting and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful. This crisis is creating new ways for everyone to think of how to stay positive.

Yes Sifu! We have almost come to the end of the pandemic. In the meantime, DO WHAT WE CAN WITH WHAT WE HAVE AT WHEREVER WE ARE.

Stay focus & keep track of our current progress, the set target must be achieved with all ways! That's the best way of us, the individuals to help the organisation to grow 10X.

We're getting there. Have faith & work on it!

WE ARE JUST ONE DAY AWAY!

In this pandemic is more challenging and affects everyone whether you are doing business or working in a company. If we pay close enough attention to what’s happening, we may realize there is a lot to learn and pay attention to. We must always leverage the right crisis to learn and do it better because we have the right team members. So stay safe and stay focus to make it happen!

Yes, its true, because actually people can learn a lesson base on a crisis, it was depend the way that how you see the things. Sometimes change a way or a mind set, can be more happy, than you keep complaint " why the things will happen in my life".

Thank you Mr. Ernie for sharing, good lesson for me.

Blaming is one of the endowments of humanities. Rather than blaming, we have to keep an eye on what is happening surround us in order to catch up with all of the opportunities that out of our expectations, this crisis is the greatest example. "Don't wait for opportunity, create it!" Follow the right leader, right direction, align with the goal and get success.

I can proudly say that we are the only College/ Education, business that do so many of things, all different revenue streams of income throughout the years.

That tells that we are well capable to adapt in many things in every situation. The first reason why we can do so due to our Uniqeu Leadership that other's do not have. The dareness, the visionary, the leader who do & acheive everything he said. Never give up on people and always leading us and always pull through us from the dark side to a new hope.

Second is the right team, with everyone's willingness to do, dare to stay and work on it, do it and make it happen even though never done it before. With everyone's support we are here we are today after the tough pandemic, are still standing strong and still moving forward.

To reach to where we are today is not an overnight thing, the business has went through a lot and the people have stick with it and went through a lot. Including this round could say the most painful one among all. That truly explained what Mr. Ernie shared to us here:
"Tough Time Do Not Last But Tough People Do".

We are pretty sure we will break this tough time together, it just who is the tough one's here with us to achieve our desire goals together.

We will prove this right, let's see is the Pandemic tougher or We are the tougher one!

Over the past 1.5 years, I have seen how other businesses have been affected by this pandemic, many businesses closing down, lots of people unemployed out of sudden. Everyone is been affected, this is a very tough time for everyone financially and mentally.

However, there are still lots of new businesses been develop and some of them do even better than before.

We are still surviving is not because we are lucky but this is because of the leaders and the team effort put together to make sure everyone able to sustain.

Tough times do not last. Tough people do. Thank you for everything.

Very well said sir. Instead of accepting this situation as a setback, why don't we see it as an opportunity to take the leap of faith and move one step ahead of everyone? It's all in our mindset at the end of the day.
